PARAGON TECHNOLOGIES’ ERMANCO BRAND AWARDED CONTRACTS TOTALING APPROXIMATELY $800,000 TO PROVIDE STATE-OF-THE-ART ORDER FULFILLMENT SYSTEMS FOR TWO BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTION OPERATIONS

EASTON, PA — September 13, 2004 -- Paragon Technologies, Inc. (AMEX:PTG), a leading supplier of “smart” material handling solutions, including systems, technologies, products and services, announced today that its Ermanco brand has received contracts totaling approximately $800,000 to provide state-of-the-art order fulfillment systems for two beverage distribution operations.  Terms of the contracts were not disclosed. 

Len Yurkovic, President and CEO of Paragon Technologies, states, “We are pleased that our business partner has chosen Ermanco to provide these state-of-the-art systems for two different sites.  This is continued evidence of the quality and productivity these systems provide for the distribution of beverages.”
