PARAGON TECHNOLOGIES’ ERMANCO BRAND RECEIVES ORDER FOR AUTOMATING ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY FACILITY

EASTON, PA — May 29, 2003 -- Paragon Technologies,
Inc. (AMEX: PTG), a leading supplier of “smart” material handling solutions,
including systems, technologies, products and services, today announced
that its Ermanco brand was chosen to play a significant role in a new
facility that produces CDs, DVDs, and VHS cassettes for the entertainment
industry. Ermanco will be providing all of the sortation
equipment in the production area, utilizing its innovative NBS 90-SP®
Narrow Belt Sortation technology. Terms
of the contract were not disclosed.
