ORDER FOR COMPUTER SOFTWARE

PA March 5, 2003 -- Paragon
Technologies, Inc. (AMEX: PTG), a leading supplier of “smart”
material handling solutions, including systems, technologies, products
and services, today announced that its SI Systems brand received an
order to supply software tools that will help a customer improve its
order distribution and picking operations. Specific terms of the contract
were not disclosed.
