PARAGON TECHNOLOGIES’ SI SYSTEMS BRAND RECEIVES ORDER
FROM E-Z-GO TEXTRON FOR AN ASSEMBLY SYSTEM

EASTON, PA — November 26, 2002 -- Paragon Technologies, Inc. (AMEX: PTG), a leading deliverer of "smart" material handling solutions, including systems, technologies, products and services, today announced that its SI Systems brand received an order from E-Z-GO Textron ("E-Z-GO") to design, build, and install a state-of-the-art industrial and turf-care truck assembly system. The system will be installed in the E-Z-GO manufacturing facility in Augusta, Georgia, and will incorporate SI Systems' in-floor towline technology.

Bill Johnson, President and CEO of Paragon Technologies, states, "We are extremely pleased that E-Z-GO has selected SI Systems to be their partner in automation for this very important project."

Similar towline-based assembly systems have been successfully integrated by SI Systems for vehicle manufacturers, such as Harley-Davidson, Case Tractor, New Holland Tractor, Oshkosh Truck, McNeilus Truck, JLG, and numerous furniture manufacturers as well.
