PARAGON TECHNOLOGIES' SI SYSTEMS BRAND RECEIVES ORDER FROM HARLEY-DAVIDSON
FOR AN ASSEMBLY SYSTEM
EASTON, PA - May 1, 2002 -- Paragon Technologies,
Inc. (AMEX: PTG), a leading deliverer of "smart" material handling solutions,
including systems, technologies, products and services, today announced
that its SI Systems brand received an order late in March 2002 from
Harley-Davidson Motor Company to design, build, and install a state-of-the-art
motorcycle assembly system that will be used for final assembly and
testing of an existing model line of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. The
system will be installed in a new manufacturing facility currently under
construction at the existing York, Pennsylvania site and will incorporate
SI Systems' in-floor towline technology with innovative proprietary
features.
The system will be the fourth such system SI Systems has
provided for Harley-Davidson since 1997. Bill Johnson, President and

successfully integrated by SI Systems for vehicle manufacturers, such
