FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL YEAR 2001 FINANCIAL RESULTS

financial results for the fourth quarter and the full year
2001 prior to the open of the market on Monday, March 18,
2002.
Paragon will hold a conference call at 11:00
a.m. (EST) on Monday, March 18, 2002 to discuss the results.
