3Q AND NINE MONTH 2001 FINANCIAL RESULTS

products and services, announced today that it will report
financial results for the third quarter and the first nine
months of 2001 prior to the open of the market on Monday,
November 12, 2001.
Paragon will hold a conference call at 12:00
noon (EST) on Monday, November 12, 2001 to discuss the results.
