Technologies, Inc. (AMEX:PTG), a leading supplier of “smart” material handling

today that it has retained Boenning & Scattergood, Inc. to provide
investment banking services for the Company.
The Company’s Board of Directors made the decision to engage
Boenning & Scattergood to work with the Company to study strategic
alternatives and provide related financial advisory services.
